Who We are
Realpro Appraisals, Inc. is a residential real estate appraisal and consulting firm. We specialize in the appraisal of detached and attached single family homes, 2-4 multi-family dwellings and residential land. Realpro Appraisals also provides residential appraisal review services. Realpro Appraisals is a long-time user of Anow®, an on-line appraisal ordering and workflow management system. Our goal with transitioning to the Anow® on-line system is to make you as our client as efficient and streamlined as possible. The on-line system allows you to order appraisals, track progress, take delivery of reports and receive invoices electronically, without the hassle of email. It’s economical, simple, fast, and confidential and can deliver PDF and XML (UAD compliant) appraisal reports.

Designated appraisers make a commitment to pursue advanced education, maintain defined ethical requirements and promote higher expectations for the appraisal profession as a whole. David holds the SRA designation which is for appraisers who are experienced in the analysis and valuation of residential real property.
Realpro Appraisal staff appraisers work remotely and are geographically competent with their specific coverage area, stationed throughout the greater Chicagoland area. Our standard coverage area includes Boone, Cook, DeKalb, DuPage, Kane, McHenry, Lake, Kendall, Will and Winnebago Counties, with surrounding counties available by request.
